General Sum Samnang Delivers Best Wishes to Vietnamese Military Attaché
In the morning of 17 January 2020, General Sum Samnang, the Director General of Logistics and Finance, lead delegate to visit and deliver best wishes to Vietnamese Military Attach'e during Lunar New Year Occasion.
